The Cabaret Voltaire is the birthplace of Dada. Today, the artists' bar again focuses on the interdisciplinary and cross-cultural heritage of the Dadaists. Exhibitions can be seen in the vaulted cellar, and there are weekly events as in the course of the Tuesday Soirées. Since its renovation in 2022, Cabaret Voltaire has had both a bar in the Historic Hall and an Artists' Bar in the entrance area. The latter will be occupied by an artistic position for one year at a time.
