‹A Passion to a Principle› ist eine Ode an die figurative Malerei.In ihrer monografischen Schau präsentiert Lynette Yiadom-Boakye dynamische Individuen und lässt zugleich Stereotypen subtil und stetig auflaufen. Sie porträtiert Figuren, die wir zu erkennen glauben und die zugleich aus ihrer ganz eigenen Welt zu stammen scheinen.
