Können Häuser küssen? Wer weiss das schon. «Gizmo's Kiss» jedenfalls nennt Anna Amadio ihre raumgreifende Installation für den Kunstverein im südbadischen Freiburg. Von New York, wo die Künstlerin aus Basel als ISCP-Stipendiatin weilte, hat sie dafür Architekturzitate mitgebracht. Farbig übertünchte Gebäude in Big Apple, deren Fassadenstrukturen sich durch vielfache Übermalungen auflösten, gewannen für sie den Anstrich plastischer Objekte: Gizmos.
