"Sie wissen, was zu tun ist. Danke." - der lapidare Titel von Tokarskis aktueller Einzelschau ist ein Musterfall sprachlichen Leerlaufs. Als Kontext für eine Ausstellung funktioniert das ironisch, formal aber eben auch ähnlich wie jene Logos, Phrasen und Embleme, die Tokarski in seine Bilder einschleust, als Leerformeln nutzt und entlarvt, dann aber auch zu überraschenden und assoziativen Sinnverknüpfungen umwidmet. Die neuen, oft grossformatigen Bilder sind dabei weniger texturgesättigt und von pointierter, pulsierender Farbtiefe.
