Das Komische hat es Armen Eloyan angetan, das Humorvolle ebenso wie das Mysteriöse. Amüsant sind vor allem kleine Markierungen, die der Künstler auf Fotografien anbringt, die er in alten Zeitschriften oder auf Flohmärkten findet. Die Charaktere hingegen, die aus einem malerischen Sampling verschiedener Comicfiguren entstehen, haben mit der Harmlosigkeit ihrer Vorlagen nicht mehr viel gemein.
