In der Kunst von Ján Mancuska geht es um das Verhältnis von Raum und Körper, Sprache und Wirklichkeit. Ein konzeptueller Ansatz wird mit intimen persönlichen Erfahrungen konfrontiert, die gleich filmischen Sequenzen gerahmt und neu geschnitten werden. Nun wird der Künstler in seiner ersten institutionellen Einzelausstellung in der Kunsthalle Basel vorgestellt.
