Die Künstlerin Parastou Forouhar ist eine wichtige Akteurin der iranischen Gegenwartskunst. Sie füllte im November in Teheran eine Galerie mit 300 Luftballons - wie für einen Kindergeburtstag - und organisierte eine Gedenkveranstaltung für ihre 1998 ermordeten Eltern. Kurz vor der Eröffnung entzog ihr das Informationsministerium den Pass.
