Damien Deroubaix sampelt aus Underground-Cartoons, Versatzstücken aus der Death-Metal-Kultur, der Werbung, der Alltags- und Popkultur sowie der Kunstgeschichte. Es entstehen malerische, mitunter plakativ anmutende Tableaux mit Szenen eines gewaltigen endzeitlichen Pandämoniums.
