Leni Hoffmanns Werk umfasst Malerei, Grafik, Installationen und Raumeingriffe. Sie hat sich 1993 auch schon mal in Porno-Posen ablichten lassen. Bekannt geworden ist sie jedoch für ihre Verwendung von Plastilin. Nach einer Reihe internationaler Erfolge von Brisbane bis München und Paris hat die 1962 in Bad Pyrmont geborene Künstlerin mit einer Professur in Düsseldorf nun in einem vierwöchigen Kraftakt ihre erste Einzelausstellung in der Schweiz eingerichtet.
