Einerseits scheinen hier nostalgische Erinnerungen an ein klar geordnetes Heim mitzuschwingen, andererseits strahlen die grossen, klaren Flächen seiner Bilder sowie die ordentliche Inneneinrichtung eine hinterhältig-düstere Stimmung aus.
