Eine Einführung in die Welt des Sake

Dr. Charly Iten, Japan-Experte und erster Master Sake Sommelier der Schweiz, gibt eine Einführung in die faszinierende Welt des Sake und erzählt Wissenswertes über die Geschichte und Herstellung sowie die verschiedenen Typen dieses Getränkes anhand einer Verkostung ausgewählter Premium-Produkte, begleitet von kleinen Häppchen.

Dr Charly Iten, Japan expert and the first Master Sake Sommelier of Switzerland, will offer an introduction to the fascinating world of sake. He will provide interesting facts about the history and manufacture of sake and about the different types of this drink – accompanied by a tasting session of selected top-class products, with canapés.
