Diese ist ein spezielles Format, welches das Besondere pflegt und Nachbarschaft oft als wichtiger einschätzt als künstlerische Qualität. Nicht nur der Innovation, auch dem Skurrilen wird - je nach Institution - viel Platz eingeräumt.
