What you'll be doing here
- Manage the Performance Art specialisation of the MA CAP and represent it both internally and externally
- As a member of the management, share overall responsibility for the multidisciplinary MA CAP with its approx. 60-70 students
- Design and run courses and take on mentorships
- Pursue further development of the Performance Art specialisation strategically, pedagogically and conceptually in collaboration with a dedicated team
- Position the Performance Art specialisation within the national and international context, maintain and expand the network and collaborations
What you'll bring with you
- University degree in an artistic or scientific discipline relevant to the subject area
- Artistic track record in the field of performance art
- Profound knowledge of current theories and practices of performance art and of the national and international performance scenes
- Active command of German, French or English and very good passive understanding of the other languages
- Integrative approach and excellent conceptual, organisational and communication skills
