Ich schreibe aus Kairo, der Stadt, in der ich schon seit bald drei Jahren lebe und die ich in dieser Zeit selten verlassen habe. Ich arbeite hier an einer Kulturinstitution, die vor 14 Jahren von einer Gruppe von lokalen Kultur- und Medienschaffenden gegründet wurde.
