Das Künstlerduo Clegg & Guttmann setzt sich mit den Strukturen von Öffentlichkeit und Fragen der Repräsentation auseinander. In der Kunsthalle Basel realisierten sie 1997 anlässlich des 100-Jahr-Jubiläums ein Projekt zum Ersten Zionistenkongress in Basel. Zwanzig Jahre später stellen sie es neu auf.
