Dopo un periodo di relativo silenzio, possiamo tornare ad affrontare un tema che ci è caro: quello che riguarda le evoluzioni del sistema istituzionale ticinese e le sue prese di posizione nell'ambito del contemporaneo. La mostra di Luca Mengoni, presso l'Ala Est del Museo Cantonale d'Arte di Lugano, esplicita - a mio parere - alcune difficoltà imprescindibili vissute dal Ticino istituzionale nel trattare il contemporaneo.
