Istanbul è una città piena di meraviglie, vi si percepisce una strana energia che forse si sprigiona dall'incontro tra est e ovest, tra l'antico delle moschee e il contemporaneo della decima biennale di arte. Curata dal cinese Hou Hanru, si intitola «Not only possible, but also necessary: optimism in the age of global war» e ha principalmente luogo in tre spazi espositivi distribuiti in differenti distretti della città.
