Dès le 26 mars prochain à Genève, le Mamco présentera le nouvel
épisode «Ann Lee You Proposes» imaginé par Liam Gillick. Avec l’achat des droits d’auteur de ce personnage manga bon marché, auprès d’une société japonaise de dessins animés, les artistes Philippe Parreno et Pierre Huyghe ont eu une très jolie idée.
Ils ont offert à plusieurs artistes1 la possibilité de mettre en scène cette icône désincarnée au gré de leur imagination. Ce projet collectif «No ghost, just a shell» regroupera toutes les incarnations d’Ann Lee.
